NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2020, and entered in Case No. 52-2019-CA-006506 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Catherine Ciolli aka Catherine M. Ciolli deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Joseph Ciolli Jr, Dolores L. Purdue, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 11, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
