NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2019, in Case No. 18-CA-000119, of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in which SUZIN R. AGUIRRE, a single woman, and KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS / OWNERS are the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 A.M. on March 23, 2020 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lots 1, 2, and the West 1/2 of Lot 3, Block B, WOOD'S SECOND OR EASTERN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, FLORIDA, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 15 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida;
and the West 1/2 of Lot 18 and all of Lots 19 and 20, Block B, WOOD'S SECOND ADDIDION TO THE CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, FLORIDA, according to Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 15 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
