RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on February 4, 2020 in Case No. 2018CA003569AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and EDWIN RAMIREZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 0806, in Building 8, of LAKESIDE VILLAGE TOWNHOME CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2232, Page 1192, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
