COOPER is the Plaintiff and SINAD LIM; SOPHAN L. LIM; QUEST SYSTEMS, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF 6415 1ST AVE. LAND TRUST DATED OCTOBER 18, 2012 are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
