NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 10, 2020, in Civil Action No. 19-CA-297, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which FRANK S. IANNO, HALINA T. IANNO, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, and COUNTRYSIDE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on March 12, 2020, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 39, BLOCK C, COUNTRYSIDE AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 50 THROUGH 52, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
