NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 21, 2019, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 78, Block A, Arrowhead Reserve at Lake Trafford, Phase One, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 94 through 111, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on March 12, 2020, In the lobby of the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
