NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on October 29, 2019, and is now pending as case number 512019CA003577CAAXWS in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Pasco, Florida.
The names of the parties to the action are:
1) CHANDAN MANANSINGH
and the nature of the proceeding is a Partition on Real Property -Non-Homestead $1 - $50,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.
The defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, whose address is 10853 Boyette Road, Riverview, FL 33569, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attomey or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
