NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 6, 2020, and entered in 2019 CA 004033 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MIRSAD HODZIC; SENIHA HODZIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SENIHA HODZIC; VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 12, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3283-201, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1262, PAGE 1681, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 27, 27A THROUGH 27D, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
