CLENDENIN; ABBY M. CLENDENIN; BRENDAN COVE MARINA ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRENDAN COVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COTTAGES AT BRENDAN COVE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1, PHASE 1, COTTAGES AT BRENDAN COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2871, PAGE 3566, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
