YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BAHIA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 7 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 504 of BAHIA VISTA UNIT 1, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 103, Page 12, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 104, Page 31, and in Condominium Plat Book 104, Page 78, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6981, Page 1637, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
With the following street address: 5701 Bahia Del Mar Circle, #504, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33715
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Daniel J. Greenberg, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
