Lots 9 and 10, Block “A”, UNIT NO. 1, GULF COTTAGE COLONY, also, all lands lying Westerly of said Lots 9 and 10, extending to the Gulf of Mexico and lying between the extended Northwesterly line of said Lot 10, and the extended Southeasterly line of said Lot 9.
And beginning at the Westerly line of Gulf Boulevard as the same now exists and the extended Northwesterly line of Lots 11 and 23, Block “A” of UNIT NO. 1, GULF COTTAGE COLONY, run thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line and extended Northwesterly line of said Lots 11 and 23 to the intersection with the Westerly line of said Lot 23, thence in a Southeasterly direction along the Westerly line of said Lot 23 to the intersection with the Southeasterly line of Lot 9, Block “A”, thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line and extended Southeasterly line of Lot 12, to the Westerly Line of Gulf Boulevard, thence in a Northwesterly direction along the Westerly line of said Gulf Boulevard to the P.O.B. This description includes Lots 11 and 12
of Block “A”, UNIT NO. 1, GULF COTTAGE COLONY, and other lands.
Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, and 23 have been platted according to plat recorded in Pat Book 19, Page 73,
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Lot V, part of which is contained in the foregoing description, appears in plat recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all and singular the improvements, structures, fixtures, appurtenances, and any and all other personal property of Grantor situate thereon and therein or in any wise thereunto appertaining or in any wise used in connection therewith, and riparian and other water rights connected therewith The above described property is also known as the Redington Long Pier.
Parcel II:
The Northerly 45 feet of Lot 19, Block 4, Surfside No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 23, Page(s) 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mitchell C. Robiner, Esq., of Brooks & Brooks Law Firm, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6812 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL 33615, within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication or no later than 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
