NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered on January 29, 2020 in Civil Case No. 19-5863-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein Steven M. Bennett and Brenda M. Bennett are the Plaintiffs and Amanda Denise Mussen, f/k/a Amanda Denise Bauner is the Defendant, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 31st day of March, 2020 the following described property as set forth in the said Uniform Final Judgement of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 33 and 34, in Block B, HIGHLAND GROVE SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 75 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
