NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 318, of THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 13636, Page 969, and according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 132, Page 56 through 60, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
A/K/A 1216 S. Missouri Avenue Unit 318, Clearwater, FL 33756
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on March 6, 2020.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
