NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2019 in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Clerk, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
RIDGECREST ACRES UNIT 2 BLK C, LOT 10, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 15 of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on March 2, 2020, in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
