NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 3, 2020 and entered in Case No. 18-007313-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and SHARON M. ROEHM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON M. ROEHM; DAVID SPANO; SUNILA K. SPANO; UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF MORTGAGE TO SECURE ASSUMPTION; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; HARBOR HILLS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on March 11, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK K OF HARBOR HILLS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
