Wood, as Trustee of the B & J Land Trust, Dated September 30, 1997, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 5824 4th Street East Land Trust, Dated April 25, 2001, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the March 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 72.00 FEET OF: COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THENCE N ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF 5TH STREET EAST, 500.05 FEET; THENCE WEST 33 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 383 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 152 FEET; THENCE EAST 83 FEET; THENCE NORTH 132 FEET; THENCE EAST 300 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID 5TH STREET EAST A DISTANCE OF 20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
