Piatt, Piper Fire Protection, Inc., The Palms of Cortez Condominium Association, Inc., Travis Wyngarden, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Idaliz Schell, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Michael Minter, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the March 25, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
