NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 13, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 2019CA001758AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES R. OLSON, DECEASED; THE ESTATE OF JAMES R. OLSON, DECEASED; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; HEATHER GLEN PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; VELMA BETHE BYRUM OLSON A/K/A BETHE BYRUM OLSON A/K/A BETHE OLSON F/K/A BETHE BYRUM; TAYLOR ALEXIS OLSON A/K/A TAYLOR A. ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of May, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK E, HEATHER GLEN SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 86 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
