NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled action on September 27, 2019, the property described as:
The West 180 feet of Tract 116, of GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 27, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 17 and 18, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
will be sold by the clerk of this court at a public sale, at 11:00 a.m. on MARCH 19, 2020, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
