NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2020, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000869 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE INDIGO TRUST, A LAND TRUST; ALFREDO S. PEREZ; LISA D.
