NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2019 CC 006661 SC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 18, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, PHASE 3A-B, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 45, 45A and 45B of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 138 Cipriani Way, Nokomis, FL 34285
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on MARCH 16, 2020. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
