UNIT 305, NAVONA AT THE COLONY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006000189682, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2020 beginning at 09:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
