NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 18, 2020 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-006157 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee, County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF DEEPHAVEN RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE TRUST 2018-1, is the Plaintiff and KAREN LEMAY and JOSEPH S. TOMKIEWICZ, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on March 19, 2020 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, IN BLOCK 4464, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, ON PAGES 48 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
And commonly known as 1426 SW 10th Street, Cape Coral, FL 33991
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
