NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000682, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2004-A ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-A (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and THOMAS C. BEEZLEY, III; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 25TH day of MARCH, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4602, UNIT 69, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 31 THROUGH 51 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
