NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2020, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-007485 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union d/b/a/ GTE Financial, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Dawn M. Bowers a/k/a Dawn Marie Bowers, deceased, Louise Flatgard, as an Heir of the Estate of Dawn M. Bowers, deceased, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the March 19, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
