NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2020, entered in Case No.: 19-CA-007271 Division: E of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JUNE NORRIS A/K/A GENEVA JUNE NORRIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE NORRIS A/K/A GENEVA JUNE NORRIS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JUNE NORRIS A/K/A GENEVA JUNE NORRIS, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Court shall sell the subject property at public sale on March 25, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, conducted electronically online at http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com. All electronic sales will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed.
The following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment will be sold:
LOT (S) 34, BLOCK 15 OF BAY CREST PARK UNIT 12 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 40, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

NOTICE Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
