NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 14, 2020 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-003883, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES 2005-2 TRUST, HOME EQUITY ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN C LEITNER; SUSAN M LEITNER; MIRABAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A SHANE CRAIG; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A PAULINE CRAIG; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 25 OF MIRABAY PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
