NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2020, and entered in Case No. 17-005154-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-13, is the Plaintiff and TJM MAC LLC, as Trustee under the 2321 Indigo Land Trust dated this 25 day of November, 2013, Laura M. Stephens a/k/a Laura Marie Stephens, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 2321 Indigo Land Trust dated this 25 day of November, 2013, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Travis Eid, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the March 24, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, GREENBRIAR UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
