has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert J. Andringa, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 5315 Park Blvd., N., Suite #2, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 within thirty (30) days of the date of publication and file the original with the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court at 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
