NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 28, 2020, entered in Case No. 10-012793-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey A. Johnston; The Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey A. Johnston; Toni V. Johnston; The Unknown Spouse of Toni V. Johnston; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; and Tenant #2 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 26th day of March, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23 AND 24, EUCLID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
