You are hereby notified than an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of BARBARA NANCY OWENS, deceased, File Number 20-001673-ES; by the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756; that the decedent's date of death was January 4, 2020; that the total value of the estate is $46,700.00 (all in protected homestead property) and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
