NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Oakland will hold a public hearing on the following:
ORDINANCE 2019-14
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA AMENDING THE WATER IMPACT FEES OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND; CODIFYING SUCH WATER IMPACT FEES AS SECTION 5.12, “IMPACT FEES - WATER”, OF ARTICLE V, “ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT”, OF THE TOWN'S LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A public hearing by the Town of Oakland Commission will be heard on the Ordinance at the following time and place:

WHERE: Historic Town Hall, 220 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, FL
WHEN: 7:00 P.M.
All hearings are open to the public. Any interested party is invited to offer comments about this ordinance at the public hearing or in writing to the Town of Oakland, PO Box 98, Oakland, FL 34760, or by e-mail to [email protected]. A copy of the ordinance can be inspected at the Town Hall. Any party appealing a decision made at a public hearing must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the evidence and testimony that is the basis of the appeal.
The time and/or location of the public hearing is subject to change. Changes are announced at the scheduled hearing. Notice of any changes will not be published or mailed.
