BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF NW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, RUN EAST 25 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN NORTH 70 FEET, EAST 123.71 FEET, SOUTH 70 FEET, WEST 124.01 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; ALSO KNOWN AS LOT 44 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF PHILLIPS HEIGHTS, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before Jan 23, 2020 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
