IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA

• all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the real property legally described on Exhibit “A” to this Notice of Action;.
• all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the in the real property legally described on Exhibit “A”to this Notice of Action, by, through, under or against Isadore Hect (deceased);
• all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the in the real property legally described on Exhibit “A”to this Notice of Action by, through, under or against the Marital Trust created under Item VI of the Last Will and Testament of Isadore Hecht, dated January 25, 1972 (which is believed to have been terminated);
• all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the in the real property legally described on Exhibit “A”to this Notice of Action, by, through, under or against Fred Havenick (deceased).
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition containing one count to Quiet Title to real property located in Charlotte County, Florida, and legally described on Exhibit “A” to this Notice of Action, has been filed and names you as a Respondent. Nash Schott, in his capacity as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Lewis M. Schott is the Petitioner to the action. The following persons and entities have been named as Respondents to the Action:
• Barbara Havenick, individually, as Successor Trustee to the Land Trust, dated November 18, 1997, as Co-Trustee of the Residuary Trust created under Item VII of the Last Will and Testament of lsadore Hecth, dated January 25, 1972, and as the Co-Trustee of the 1995 Norman Weinstein Revocable Trust;
• Isabelle Amdur, individually, and as Co-Trustee of the Residuary Trust created under Item VII of the Last Will and Testament of lsadore Hecth, dated January 25, 1972;
• Charles F. W. Schwartz, as the sole Trustee of the Vance Schwartz Trust;
• William M. Segal, as Trustee of the Martin Segal Revocable Living Trust, dated December 31, 1992;
• Salvatore Muccio, as Co-Trustee of the 1995 Norman Weinstein Revocable Trust; Daniel Stein, individually, and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Norman Stein;
• Laura Stein, individually;
• Jennifer Flescher, individually;
• Judy Yarrow, individually;
• Martin E. Segal, individually (originally named and now dismissed as a Respondent);
• Susan Caster, individually;
• Alan Gordon, individually; and
• Care Resource Community Health Centers Inc., f/k/a Community Aids Resource Inc., f/k/a Health Crisis Network Inc.
You are required to serve a copy of your answer and your written defenses, if any, to the Petition, on Robert (Tad) Drean, Esq., the Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 500, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before January 29th, 2020.
You must also file your original answer and written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court, for Charlotte County, Florida, for the case titled, “In Re: Land Trust, dated November 18, 1997”, case no.: 19-000703-CA either before service on the Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; OTHERWISE A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU for the relief demanded in Petitioner's Petition.
