NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 19, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003374 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RONALD SCHLABS A/K/A RONALD L. SCHLABS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 35 and 36, Block 1510,Cape Coral Subdivision, Unit 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page(s) 23 to 38, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
