You are notified that an action for quiet title has been filed against you with regard to the following property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit 88, Lazy Lagoon, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded in Official Record Book 1759, Pages 718-772 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Jessica E. Loshin, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7650 W. Courtney Campbell Causeway, Suite 1150, Tampa, Florida, 33607, on or before January 29th, 2020 and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
