NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2019, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Third Floor Lobby area of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in Naples, Collier County, Florida, at 11:00 AM on January 23, 2020, the following described property:
Unit 1, Building 16, TRA VIGNE', a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1437, Pages 296 through 556, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended from time to time together with an undivided share in the Common Elements thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
