NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure filed on December 17, 2019 and entered in Case No: 19-CA-1877, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JEFFREY BRAMWELL is the Plaintiff and MISTY MEOLY A/K/A MISTY MEOLI and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF REAL PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash electronically at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes. on January 17, 2020, the following described real property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit.
The North 99 feet of Lot 3, Block 22, Suncoast Estates, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 32, Page 525, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, Less the West 25 feet thereof for road easement and Less Road right-of-way described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in Instrument Number 2013000113078, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE FO THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
