Final Judgment was awarded on 12/19/2019 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-004939, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and KIPLING TAYLOR A/K/A KIPLING H. TAYLOR A/K/A KIPLING HUGH TAYLOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIPLING TAYLOR A/K/A KIPLING H. TAYLOR A/K/A KIPLING N/K/A MELISSA TAYLOR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBIN BARBOUR, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 18, 2020 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 18 & 19, BLOCK 824, CAPE CORAL UNIT 21, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 149-173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
