NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on October 22, 2019 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003194 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein PENNY J. REYNOLDS A/K/A PENNY J. WIENK; MICHAEL W. REYNOLDS A/K/A MICHAEL REYNOLDS; GREAT WEST CASUALTY COMPANY AND TRANSPORT SERVICES OF KANSAS CITY, INC., A KANSAS CORPORATION; SLM SERVICES, LLC D/B/A SAVANNAH COURT OF LAKE WALES; and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on January 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as 539 Domaris Avenue, Lake Wales, FL 33853
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
