RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Amended Nunc Pro Tunc Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Reformation of Mortgage entered on December 17, 2019 in Case No. 2016CA003660000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF KATHY BARNETT, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 254 and 255, INWOOD No. 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 1, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1994 Mobile Home bearing VINs N86109A and N86109B
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
