DURRANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on January 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 43 FEET OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK C, T.H. JOHNSON`S ADDITION TO TOWN OF LAKELAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 711 College Ave, Lakeland, FL 33801
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
