NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 112019CA0012010001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Stacey Leech a/k/a Stacey Lynn Leech; Unknown Spouse of Stacey Leech a/k/a Stacey Lynn Leech; Erno Vertes; Unknown Spouse of Erno Vertes; Island Walk Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on January 23, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 823, ISLAND WALK PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 35 THROUGH 40, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
