NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2019, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000503-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Citibank N.A. is the Plaintiff and Joseph Lobl a/k/a Joseph G. Lobl; Cathy Lobl; Anglers Cove Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 23, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 402, BUILDING J, PHASE I, ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, AT PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, AT PAGES 189 THROUGH 255, AND THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1064, PAGES 884 THROUGH 886 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
