HAGAMAN A/K/A CHARLOTTE CLEMONS HAGAMAN A/K/A CHARLOTTE CLEMONS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:

feet to a point on the Southeasterly right of way line of Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road Per plat); thence N.51 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds E., on the Southeasterly right of way line said Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road Per Plat) a distance of 342.71 feet to a point at the intersection of the Southeasterly right of way line of said Trackside Drive, (Pepper Ridge Road per plat) and the North line of said Lot 9; thence S.89 degrees 11 minutes 53 seconds E., departing the Southeasterly right of way line of said Trackside Drive (Pepper Ridge Road per plat) and on the North line of said Lot 9 a distance of 561.13 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9; thence S.00 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds W., on the East line of said Lot 9 a distance of 217.67 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel contains 3.47 acres, more or less.
