This notice is directed to JEREMY COLLINS, last of Fort Meyers Beach, County of Lee, State of Florida, whereabouts unknown.
This cause came to be heard on a Motion of the Petitioner whose address is: 11 Basin Point Road, Harpswell, Maine 04079 for Service by Publication on Jeremy Collins.
This Motion has been submitted for the following reasons: the whereabouts of Jeremy Collins cannot be determined despite a diligent search.
Petitioner believes that Jeremy Collins is most likely located in the vicinity of Fort Meyers Beach, Florida based on his past history of residence.
Petitioner believes the newspaper in which public notice is most likely to reach Jeremy Collins is: The Business Observer, 18070 S. Tamiami Trail, Ste. 11, Ft. Meyers, FL 33908 for the following reasons: The Business Observer is a well-respected weekly newspaper of general circulation with a long history of publishing legal notices.
It is hereby ORDERED that JEREMY COLLINS appear and defend the cause and serve a response to the Petition upon Petitioner, on or before March 4, 2020 at 8:45AM. JEREMY COLLINS is notified that if he shall fail to do so, the petition for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative will proceed without objection. His response should also be filed with the Cumberland County Probate Court, 142 Federal Street, Ste. 125, Portland, ME 04101.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that this Order be published in the above named newspaper of general circulation on or before January 20, 2020, once a week for two successive weeks.

ANY OPPOSITION TO THIS MOTION AS SET OUT IN RULE 7(b) OF THE MAINE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE MUST BE FILED NOT LATER THAN 21 DAYS AFTER THE FILING OF THIS MOTION, UNLESS ANOTHER TIME IS PROVIDED BY THESE RULES OR SET BY THE COURT. FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY OPPOSITION SHALL BE DEEMED A WAIVER OF ALL OBJECTIONS TO THIS MOTION, WHICH MAY BE GRANTED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OF HEARING.
