to stop further construction and preserve certain riparian rights of property located at 1350 Curlew Avenue Naples, Florida 34102, Parcel ID No. 08480440004, has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on McGlinchey Stafford, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1 East Broward Blvd. Suite 1400 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, by February 2, 2020, which is thirty days after the first publication of notice in the Business Observer, Collier County on January 3, 2020, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in BUSINESS OBSERVER, Collier County.
