LOT 5, WORTHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 119, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11414 HOLMBRIDGE LN, RIVERVIEW, FL 33579; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on JANUARY 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
