NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 17, 2019, in Civil Action No. 2019-CA-003368 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein KERRY J. ANDERSON is the Plaintiff and BRENALEAN JENKINS; DONALD KRAMER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants.

That portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida, being described as, commence at the Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, thence N 89°59'00” W, along the North boundary of said Section 5, 427.42 for a Point of Beginning; thence S 00°33'27” W 208.71 feet; thence S 12°50'49” E 140.66 feet; thence S 89°59'00'' E 384.81 feet to the East boundary of said Northwest 1/4, thence S 00°33'27” W along said East boundary 50.00; thence N 89°59'00” W 372.92 feet; thence S 00°33'27” W 582.99 feet; thence S 89°47'17” W 344.68 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence N 25°42'41” W along said right-of-way 1088.59 feet to the North boundary of said Northwest 1/4; thence S 89°59'00” E along said North boundary 781.98 feet to the Point of Beginning, less right-of-way for Lumberton Road and together with an Easement for ingress and egress over and across the South 20.00 feet of the following described parcel: commence at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5; thence on the East boundary thereof, S 00°33'27” W, a distance of 395.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue on said East boundary S 00°33'27” W, a distance of 581.50 feet to a point on the South boundary of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 5; thence on said South boundary S 89°47'17” W, a distance of 372.94 feet; thence N 00°33'27” e, a distance of 582.99 feet; thence S 89°59'00” E, a distance of 372.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.
