NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-001774ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Theresa G. Jenkins a/k/a Theresa Jenkins, Grow Financial Federal Credit Union FKA MacDill Federal Credit Union, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Jennifer Martinez, Unknown Party#2 N/K/A Reginald Martinez, Stephen L Meininger, Chapter 7 Trustee, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the January 28, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 131, TANGLEWOOD VILLAGE PHASE 2 AT WILLIAMSBURG WEST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 134 THROUGH 136, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
